Steel Legions using Crossover/ WINE

I've only found one post about running Steel Legions on Mac and it was basically a "MAKE IT RUN ON MAC NAO!!1!" post.

I've tried to get the game to run using Crossover (a commercial implementation of WINE) but so far the installation works but the game will not launch.

Anyone successful in getting the game to launch under WINE or Crossover? Any Advice or tricks to getting it up and running?

are you try playing with browser or client ?

Have you test it, if the client works on your system ?

Someone in our other game PG once said he was able to play with WINE but I am not sure he really was.

The game itself requires DirectX 9 if you have an emulating software that does have the full directx 9 available it might work. But so far we can't support you, we can only try assisting you when you try it.

It might work but so far we can't say if it really does.

You can test if it works by using this tool: http://steellegions.com/en/diagnosis-tool (this way you can see why it might not work and also don't have to start the game).
