Percentages & Numbers. Bug or not?

This isn't the first time this happened, & I'm not the only one seeing this, but sometimes I see random numbers, and percentages on chat. Here's a screen-shot:

Yes it happened the other night as well. Tyrannaus ask us if we could see it to and YEP.. we all could.

But this was a one time incident or did it happen more often (now after the yesterday update)?

It has happened a few times but haven't personally seen it since the update.

Personally seen it happen just now. Was too late to make a screenshot out of it though, but yes, i've experienced it as well now.

SilentJustice was online at that time as well. Maybe he can say a thing or two about it as well.
