Hello everyone,

as you may have noticed, the forum looks different from what you are used to during the closed beta.

Why is that?
After starting the open beta, we thought that a new structure will help to have a better overview.

You may also wonder where the Bug Report Section has gone. Instead of posting bugs in the forum, you can now report them directly into our ticket system, where we can collect and handle them much faster and efficient than it would be possible within the forum.

How do I report a bug?

  • Create a support ticket
  • Please give us any information which may help us
    • For technical issues please attach the Medic Report
    • In case of issues within the game, every detail can be vital. For example when a mission is not working correctly, we need to know which one it is and what exactly is the problem etc.
  • The status of the ticket can be "closed" very soon, this does not mean we are ignoring it but in fact that every information has been collected, assorted and is now on our task list.

Why are tickets better than the forum?
In the forum, threads can become confusing very fast. The intention of the report can disappear in the general chit chat. Of course we want you to communicate with each other here in the forum, but so far every detail on a bug had to be manually collected in a rather tedious way. With the ticket system, this is much easier now. We can collect your reports and experiences and forward them to the developers.
Also, we protect your privacy, for example a Medic Report is not meant to be public.
