I am a hybrid build myself. But I have been losing fights alot to defense builds. I hold my own against damage builds due to having some defense bonus and using terrain to my advantage. I can somewhat keep up with speed builds. I have seen speed builds run wild in platinum runs and bunker attacks but in hill domination they have a hard time.
I tend to lose to defense builds more than any other build. I like defense bonus for missions but like the look of damage parts. Outside of running missions I do not think there is much benefit for speed builds.
I wish there were range builds because I really see uses for range parts.
