I just have this little question : If i buy an alliage who costs medals, and after i change of protoype, I will lose the alliage ?

no, u will loose nothing
alliage is alliage (Tank color)
prototype is prototype (Tank shape)
it's independant, if u change one, it doesnt interact with the other one...
