why cant I use my Ultimate points

There use to be a way to use ultimate points to pay for gold but it does not allow you to do so anymore. Why is that and if there is a way how do you use them now???????

Not the ultimate game card, i am talking about Ultimate points. The gold payment site that is used by steel legions is from Ultimate Pay and you can buy points to get gold. I have used this payment type a few times on the game to buy gold but now I don't see an option for it anymore. why would i not be able to use this option when the pay site is sponsored by ultimate pay? it use to give you the option when you started to pay with credit card and you filled in you information then it would ask you if you wanted to use you ultimate pay points for this purchase.

also when you buy an ultimate game card and you dont use all the funds on the card they are converted to ultimate points that you can use to buy gold with but there is not an option to use ultimate points any longer,Why??????

You will still need to contact Ultimate Pay to have your Points converted to SL Gold

I have looked on that site you posted and clicked the support button but it just gives me faq's I will try again i guess.

You can go to https://paybycash.custhelp.com/app/answers/list and ask them to manually add your Ultimate points towards a purchase and they will do it for you.
