Storm Lands Resource Wait Time

When there are 8 people online why not have wait time for resources drop to 8 min instead of ten min it is real boring sitting waiting for resources like 5 min. I know you have to fight to get resource rate down but when there is no one from other empires to fight what are you supposed to do.

Yes i agree ... why we have to wait so much time for just a fuel pack we hane no players online so the resourcing rate is Vr.Low again and again everyday!!!
