Speed

Hey Guys,

I'm doing Mine Defence against a lvl 11, I am lvl 15 we are both max engine. They are full gold I am oiled for engine. I cannot kill them before they get to my mine so the mission is over in 2 minutes. If they can get to the mine before I can then something is wrong.

We might as well just all go for gold speed tanks that way at least we can all stay in the fight.

EDIT: Did a test with darktank: lvl 11 gold tank, speed engine, oiled carrying gold.... me lvl 15 with lvl 15 engine and oiled up cannot catch him if he gets away.

Hi all, what SJ says is true, we did plenty of missions and sometimes i win and sometime he wins, but the speed missions they are really a problem. he keeps losing, thats not normal i am a full damage gold tank, and an lvl 11 engine, SJ with lvl 15 enigne cant catch me. this is realy a problem.

Well, i've heard that upgrading your engine doesn't upgrade your speed.
It works like this:

when you got your engine in the same lvl as you are, you'll have the standard 100% speed.
Everytime you have your engine a level/multiple levels lower, your speed will drop.

simple example:

lvl 11 tank with lvl 11 engine = 100%
lvl 11 tank with lvl 9 engine = 80% speed
(just an example, don't know the real numbers)


So it's probably normal that he can't catch you.

OK,

darktank and I did the Ore Raid Mission just now. The yellow mine was in the top left corner of the map and I needed to get it to red HQ.

Without darktank attacking me at all I got back to the red HQ with 30 seconds remaining.

If he had been attacking me at all I would have failed this.
