This and Galaxy Pirates look and work so nice. They are not exactly what I am looking for in a game but they are very well made!
Will you please comment about the technology involved in making these games? I am a first-year student in computer science and I am really interested, especially the technology that makes this nice graphics run so smoothly on my lame PC. I have a feeling it's Java but wasn't Java really slow for complex things like 3D graphics?
