Question about CREW

Hi , I like to know :

When a leveled up crew is disbanded, is the crew-bonus from that particular crew still in effect (working) ? Or it has to be hired for the bonus to be working.

if you hire the member, you will loose the special bonus from the member.
you need to rehire the member
