im new in this game ...
i want to ask why i cant connect to the game? did i miss something?

and i try the run test (diagnosis tool) showing the test and the result.

i noticed that the when it comes to testing the result in my connection is bad...
but when it comes to the result its ok...

why is that???

Please write a support ticket and understand, that this topic is for questions to the devs and not for personal problems you may encounter with the game.
