Oil Well, Spy HQ and Weapon Factory

So when I was playing to check out the new features, I came up with a few more things, that might increase the number of buildings and mission (types).

Currently, you get all missions by your headquater. But maybe it's a good idea to add 2 new mission buildings.

These can be the:
* Spying Head Quater
* Trade Center

Spying Head Quater
* Spies on Special Groups of Marauders and looks at the normal Marauder Activity
* Gives missions to spy on Marauders, destroy Marauders, destroy Marauder Observatory and kill Marauder Gang Leaders
* Can be Neutral (1 or 2 buildings for all factions) or All factions have 1

Trade Center
* All corporations go to the United Trade Center if they want a delivery happening
* Gives missions to get and deliver Crates of Nitro Ammo, Iron Pipes and Bars, Barrels of Oil and Stacks of Dynamite. Also sells Nitro Ammo and Oil for Construction Points.
* All factions have 1

Extra Buildings:
* Oil Well
* Marauder Observatory
* Weapon Factory

Oil Well
* Oil Wells dig up oil from the ground by using iron pipes
* Location for pick up of oil and delivery of Iron Pipes
* All factions have 1

Marauder Observatory
* Marauder Observatories are under control of marauders, they keep an eye on trade transports and hope to attack certain transports of oil, nitro ammo or dynamite
* Location to attack for 1 marauder mission
* all 1/4 of a map have 1

Weapon Factory
* Weapon Factories uses iron bars to create bullet shells. These bullet shells get enhanced by a special ingredient to make Nitro Ammo. The same ingredient is used for Dynamite, which is also built there.
* Location of pick-up of Nitro Ammo, Dynamite and delivery point of iron bars.
* All factions have 1
