LOST PARTS ON PTR!!!!!!!

I went on PTR today and found that all my equitment was lost and i went down a rank things that are missing:
lvl 1 kelper d weapon
lvl 2 kelper a armor
lvl 1 suvat flame thrower

Alloys that are missing
ferrous A alloy on armor

Rank that is missing
i was lvl 3 in ptr i was lvl 2

i paid good money for that on my phone so could i get my items back plz

Whoooooaaaaa!

Calm down there a bit Tony... PTR (Pubic Test Realm) is a TEST server and depending on the date that the test server was set up means that the PTR data may be a few days / weeks out of alignment with your REAL GAME data.

So before you go getting all lairy in future... remember that PTR is just that... a server for the devs to see how their latest stuff is working with a snapshot of our user data and that this data may not reflect your current, rank, equipment or gold reserves.

It may be a bit frustrating if you have bought gold or managed to get a new level but that's just the way it is. Also remember that any advancements you make in PTR will NOT be moved to the live server... we are just testing ^^.

As SJ already mentioned, it is called a TEST server and that what it is for. No offense, but you have no claims whatsoever for your achieved items, upgrade etc. there. At the moment you even must create a whole new player without having any of your recent upgrades. So please feel free to test anything at anytime. Thank you.
