Delete?

Am I missing something or is there no way to delete a character after you make them? I clicked the wrong nation by mistake and Can't find a way to delete my character on the American server.

you can change factions by going to whichever color base you want to join, click on the headquarters and "defect"

it costs 8 million gold or something tho
