I think that anything that has to do with the Crew should be free, people with gold have to much use with all the things that are for gold. Atleast make Crew free for all.
It shouldn't be upgraded by gold, but by experience. Yes, experience should be used to level your crew up, a fair thing. You have to work to upgrade your crew.
Medic Packs shouldn't be bought with gold either, they should be found or "produced".
Medic Packs can be produced by Medics, instead of the current system that says, well, they have a "chance" of being free. Thats pretty bad. For free players that don't have so many medic packs won't be wasting them if they only have a 10% of getting it free.
The same should count for the Oiler, as it is a fital resource and for the rest of the crew that currently have a chance of getting something free, if it's produced per hour/day/week it's is probebly better.
