American server mods and GMs

At the moment there is no support or GM chat in the game, so please use our ticketsystem if you want to report anything. Thanks.
I meant if there are any positions open for the new server for mods or GMs, not for in-game chat with mods or GMs (which wouldnt be a bad idea).
I work for a software company developing pharmaceutical software. I've also managed and administrated multiple gaming servers in the past, most of which were high traffic private servers. So you need any help on the American server, let me know.
