So today I played and I noticed many times a 0% damage thing, this also happens on PG, but on PG it happend with an very strong PC so that shouldn't be the problem. But then again today on my bad pc, I managed to reach 100% Damage myself.
Another problem I had is that my PC actually doesn't let me play Steel Legions as it should be,
I had a lot of problems with aim and that after a huge screen freeze that I didn't do any damage.
I tought that damage was handled by the server, not by my PC and this might be very unfair for players with weaker PC's.
